About PowerPoint to PDF
A PDF of your slides is the easiest way to share a deck after a talk, attach it to an application, or make sure it looks right on a projector that only has a PDF reader. This page converts a PowerPoint presentation (PPTX, PPT or ODP) into a PDF with one slide per page.

Steps
- Choose or drag in the presentation. One file, up to 25 MB.
- Press Convert to PDF. Image-heavy decks take a little longer.
- Download the PDF.
What ends up in the PDF
- Every visible slide, at the slide size set in the presentation (widescreen 16:9 or standard 4:3).
- Text, shapes, tables, charts and pictures as they appear on the slide.
- Hidden slides are left out.
- Animations, transitions, embedded video and audio cannot exist in a static page and are dropped; each slide shows its final state.
- Speaker notes are not included. Export a notes view from PowerPoint if you need them.
Keeping file size down
Presentations are often large because of high-resolution photos. If the deck is over the 25 MB limit, compress pictures in PowerPoint (File, Compress Pictures) and save a copy before converting. The PDF itself is usually smaller than the source presentation.
Where the conversion happens
Rendering slides faithfully requires a full office engine, so this tool runs on our server in the EU rather than in your browser. The deck is converted in memory by LibreOffice and discarded the moment the PDF has been sent back to you. Nothing is stored, nothing is inspected and file names are not logged.
