\\text{Ounces} = \\text{Grams} \\times 0.03527396

\\text{Ounces} = \\text{Kilograms} \\times 35.27396

\\text{Ounces} = \\text{Pounds} \\times 16

How to Calculate Price Per Ounce

Find the total price - The amount you're paying for the product
Convert quantity to ounces - If the package weight is in grams, kilograms, or pounds, convert to ounces
Divide - Total price divided by quantity in ounces

Worked Example

You're comparing two packages of coffee beans:

Package A: $24.99 for 500g
Package B: $19.99 for 12oz

Let's calculate:

Package A:

500g × 0.03527396 = 17.64oz
$24.99 ÷ 17.64oz = **$ 1.42/oz**

Package B:

Already in ounces: 12oz
