Time zones around the world

The world is divided into 24 time zones, each spanning 15 degrees of longitude. The Prime Meridian (0° longitude) in Greenwich, London, defines Coordinated Universal Time (UTC).

Where offset is the time zone offset in hours (positive for east, negative for west).
